Thirty
- Start something you can finish
- Exercise makes you fit, diet makes you healthy
- Context, other people don’t have it and sometimes I’m not good at giving it to them
- Everyone has imposter syndrome, some just more than others.
- Most of my stress is self imposed
- High level feedback combined with changing context is incredibly hard to do well. I’ve seen it done well and how explosive it can be when done badly
- A year ago I was certain all I could do was design. Things change
- Nothing is worth agreeing to all the cookies
- Breaks are healthy, you can burn out of everything
- Hydrate
- I need to say "no" more
- That design will be changed within a year, cling to the process
- I need to find a mentor
- My bucket list has become a little controlling
- Take all the notes
- I need to listen more and comment less
- Not everyone is your friend
- More quiet time
- More Yoga
- Those who shout the loudest usually want to pay the least
- I sometimes need a little point in the right direction
- I like the idea of The Amazing Race but I would hate actually running it
- Only let things get to you that matter
- Forgive yourself
- I’d like about 2 more really good friends
- I’m still waiting to see how Brexit is actually a good idea
- I might actually have a grasp on my fitness
- Post as an archive not for an audience
- Habits become an identity when done enough
- Optimism fuels everything
